Tae Kwon Do meaning from Korean to English is literally:

"The Way of Kicking and Punching".
Tae Kwon Do is Korean in origin and is very well known for its powerful and dynamic kicking style.
Our students quickly learn, that with proper technique, one can generate tremendous speed and power.

| A gradual regimen of exercises is used to build flexibility, strength, speed, and coordination.
Combining these with the Forms (set sequences of techniques), as well as individual techniques and drills, students will improve concentration, reflexes, and accuracy let alone provide a stimulating aerobic workout.
Sparring, against one or more opponents, hones a student's skills and increases confidence and control.
|
 | Each of these styles, Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do, are excellent in and of themselves. By training in both these styles together, a student develops a well-rounded format containing the power of Tae Kwon Do and the graceful, flowing control of Hap Ki Do. | |
